Stronger outcomes require connected partners.

ABC works alongside organizations and employers that want people to move forward with the skills and support needed for lasting success.

Help launch the pilot

ABC is seeking sponsorships, grants and donations for facilities, licensed tools, instruction, insurance, supplies and participant support. Contact us for the current proposal and working budget. Contribution arrangements and any tax treatment must be confirmed before funds are accepted.

Potential employer pathways

A potential employer pathway is a planned connection between ABC participants and a business that may consider hiring them after they demonstrate job readiness.

It is not a promise of employment. It helps ABC align preparation with real duties while employers meet candidates whose readiness has been observed and documented.

Support the overlooked middle.

ABC focuses on people who are not starting from zero, but are not yet moving forward. Support can fund facilities, assessments, curriculum delivery, technology, staffing, wellness access, interview attire, and follow-up.
