When progress stalls, we build the path forward.
ABC helps adults stalled after workforce services build the specific skills they need through one coordinated program: GED preparation, digital assessment, workplace learning, credential preparation and employment transition.

One place. One plan. A connected path forward.
ABC's One Place Skills and Credential Model brings assessment, academic learning, digital skills, workplace practice, credential preparation and employment transition together through one coordinated program.
One Participant Execution Plan and an assigned ABC contact connect the services so participants do not have to arrange a separate program for every skill gap. ABC coaches guide the learning; qualified outside providers deliver regulated training and examinations when required. Services depend on assessed need, funding and provider availability.
